Does a 6.5536 Mhz Crystal increase a Cb radio frequency? - cb frequency chart
A radio band in May with various crystals to mix and reach frequencies to synthesize the proper channel (1-40) to. You question should be resolved, and long before anyone can give you the correct answer.
What is the purpose of your project? Do you want to repair a radio band, or you simply change the channel?

CB radios operating around 27MHz. BC as ancient crystals used to determine the frequency for each channel and 2 glasses for each channel, 1 for RX had (received) and 1 for the TX)-(transmittance. Thus, a 23-channel CB have 46 windows on the PCB. Crystals never used 40 channel CB frequencies for the channel. If the switch has only 1 glass, then it is for the PLL module and did not use anything with the frequency channels. But to answer your question if you have an old CB Crystals then used to replace a crystal with a crystal 27.XXXX frequency 6.XXXX decrease, not increase, but since they are often not in BC, with received nothing, and their transmissions will not be received by another person, either.
