What adhesive can I use to hang my bathroom mirror? - hanging mirror with drilled holes

I hang a 24x34 clear frameless mirror I was in my bathroom. Having a mirror of the same size it was before, and two holes were drilled to stop, it went well as through the drywall - no money. So, I'd rather hang with adhesive foam pads permanently, but I can not find anything that can withstand the weight of the ice (15 lbs) can. Suggestions?
