What's an effective way to lose fat around my stomach and love handles, while building muscle? - hyperhidrosis causes more condition_symptoms
OK, I'm 16 years 6'0''y weighs 165 pounds. I know that it is in the range of average weight, but I've always been disturbed potbelly and love handles area.
In any case, I was curious, effective ways to lose weight to find the area. I'm not much of a person's heart, because I have a low resistance and I have hyperhidrosis, sweating and was very easy.
Is it bad to do crunches or any other type of abdominal exercises in my current condition? Were it only seems as if it was a stomach bigger?
But then I ask myself, because I always thought that the muscles use fat for energy, if I won the muscles under the fat does not disappear after fat?
