Termination Of Lease Agreement Letter This Is The Wording On My Lease; Exact To The Letter & Punctuation; Do I Have To Pay A Cancellation Fee?

This is the wording on my lease; exact to the letter & punctuation; do I have to pay a cancellation fee? - termination of lease agreement letter

Let me begin by saying that we lived here for 19 months. We were asked to move to a lower apartment when our lease-up came up for renewal. We have sent down, and our lease is transferred. We bought a house and want out.
The lease reads as follows:
With the agreement of cancellation of execution to the owner resident of payment by check or cash money, which is the sum of (i) the rent due under this contract is output if the termination date, (ii) cancellation of taxes in the amount of monthly rent Hiring a site identified in the contract, and (iii) reimbursement of concessions, rent, if any (free or low-set at the beginning or during the contract period) not a resident of 12,505 served as Faro Dr Apt. L for more than 12 months (sections (II) and (iii) together, pay the "cancellation"), and
d. residents to leave their homes or at home prior to the date of termination.

I say that the period of twelve months, both Articles II and III, which applies the whole can,Cellation benefits to vote is formulated as she did. They say that this is not what it says, and refers only to the rate of concession. I say that groups II and III referred to the way it is worded and refers to both. Who's right?
